Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change after placing an order. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order with Zyntra Trading.
1. Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not already been picked up by our logistics partner for dispatch. After 2 hours, or once the order is in transit, cancellation is not possible.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel an order:
- Email us immediately at hello@zyntratrading.com with your order number and reason for cancellation
- Call us at +91 98765 43210 (Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm)
- WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210
We will confirm whether the cancellation is possible based on the order status.
3. Cancellation by Zyntra Trading
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:
- The product(s) are out of stock
- Payment could not be verified or was fraudulent
- The delivery address is outside our service area
- Incorrect pricing due to a technical error
In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund After Cancellation
- Prepaid orders: Full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- COD orders cancelled before dispatch: No charge incurred
5. Partial Cancellations
If your order contains multiple products and only one is out of stock, we will ship the available items and refund the cancelled item(s). We will notify you before doing so.
