Refund & Return Policy

At Zyntra Trading, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Due to the perishable nature of food products, we have a specific policy designed to be fair to you while maintaining food safety standards.
1. Our Commitment
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any legitimate reason, we will make it right — either through a full refund or a replacement.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted in the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged or the packaging was tampered with
- The product received is significantly different from what was described on the website
- The product is defective in quality, smell, colour, or texture compared to normal expectations
- The wrong product was delivered
Returns are NOT accepted for: Change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered, or products that have already been opened and used.
3. How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return, please:
- Contact us at hello@zyntratrading.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and 2–3 clear photographs of the issue
- Describe the problem briefly
Our team will respond within 24 hours and arrange a pick-up or instruct you on next steps.
4. Refund Process
Once a return is approved:
- Online payments (UPI / Card): Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be transferred via NEFT/UPI to your bank account within 5–7 business days
5. Non-Refundable Items
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit).
