Shipping Policy

We dispatch orders pan India and to select international destinations. This policy outlines our delivery timelines, charges, and processes.
1. Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order placement on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days — ₹79 per order
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — ₹149 per order (available for Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi)
- Free Shipping: All orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most pin codes across India
3. Packaging
We use food-grade, tamper-evident, resealable pouches for all spices. Products are further protected with bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We do not use plastic bags for spice packaging.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order on our website using your order number.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to: UAE, Singapore, UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
- Delivery time: 7–14 business days
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Customs and duties: The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes in their country
All international orders include complete customs documentation and certificates of origin.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours at hello@zyntratrading.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable for multiple delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
